1. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of items ordered.

We do this to protect us from a buyout due to price spikes. We appreciate orders from all of our customers including speculators. Feel free to place an order for any quantity you would like, just understand we may not fulfill the entire order.

2. All cards are guaranteed to be in the condition specified.

If you feel that a card in your order has been graded incorrectly and would like a refund or exchange please e-mail within 5 days of receiving your order. Cards are graded very conservatively so it is unlikely that you will have a problem.

3. Payment is accepted in the following ways. All payments must be in US funds (except for cryptocurrency).

- Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may also call in your credit card information at (208)938-4309 between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, Mountain Time.

- PayPal: When you choose to pay via PayPal a payment button will be generated. Otherwise PayPal payments can be made to- abu@abugames.com (Please include a note of your order number with your PayPal payment).

- Credit: We offer Storewide Credit that can be used on anything in our store including sets and sealed product as well as Singles Trade Credit that is limited to Magic singles and shipping costs of an singles order. View our Buylist to trade with ABU.

- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin / Ethereum): The amount due in these currencies will be calculated durring checkout. You will be directed to email us for an invoice once you have completed your order. Requests for invoices received during the evening or weekends may not be prepaired until the next business day. Due to the volitile nature of these currencies we reserve the right to recalculate the rate if there is more than a 10% rate difference between the time the order is placed and when we can prepare your invoice. Once you have received the invoice please pay promptly as a new invoice may be required if the rate changes again. Any refunds on orders paid for with cryptocurrency are made at the orginal USD value and in USD.

- Money order or Personal Check: Please make payment out to- Alpha Beta Unlimited, Inc. Checks may be held for 10 days for funds to clear the bank.

- Cash: Although cash is also accepted, it is not recommended as ABU cannot be responsible for cash sent through the mail.

4. Shipping policy and Shipping Rates.

The ABU cart calculates a selection of shipping options and costs based on your location and the contents of your cart. ABU does not accept self addressed stamped envelopes(SASE). Although it is very rare, some orders do get lost or damaged during transit. If you have chosen shipping through Fed-Ex and your order is lost or damaged, ABU will either send out a replacement order or give a refund. ABU cannot give a replacement or refund on lost or damaged shipments sent through USPS Mail. Orders shipped via Fed-Ex may require a signature when delivered. We reserve the right to require a secure shipping method with signature confirmation at any time.

5. All prices and quantities are as accurate as possible.

The ABU shopping cart is a live system that updates quantities when an ordered is placed. Almost always when you are able to order an item it is available and when you check out it is removed from the system so others cannot order it. In the unlikely event that there is an error with the price or quantity ABU reserves the right to remove an item from your order. If a very small portion of your order is not available, ABU will adjust your charge or make a refund for the missing items and ship the rest. If there is any more than a very small portion of your order unavailable, an ABU representative will contact you before shipping your order.

8. Return Policy

ABU guarantees the quality and condition of all products sold. If you feel that an item in your order has been graded incorrectly and would like a refund or exchange please e-mail within 5 days of receiving your order. Due to regular price changes in collectibles such as Magic The Gathering, ABU generally does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than condition.

Although we try to keep accurate information about the products we sell, please use official company websites to verify information like tournament legality.

10. Credit Policy: 

Storewide Credit and Singles Trade Credit on account has no cash value and cannot be transfered to a cash payout.

11. Preorder Policy: 

Any Preorder Promotions are distributed on a first-come-first-served, based on the time of payment.

All Preorders that are not paid for within 2 calendar days of the release date will be canceled.
